Our Philosophy
To be “In Kilter” is to be in order/harmony. In Kilter offers Traditional Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga Classes and Personal Training on a holistic basis, focusing on guiding individuals towards living a balanced and harmonious life by synchronizing the mind, body, and spirit. With a focus on all-round fitness, the aim is to help individuals achieve optimal health and wellness by taking a comprehensive and integrative approach to fitness and well-being.
After practicing various forms of fitness disciplines for two decades, the teacher and has found balance between a Traditional Yoga practice, Resistance training and Endurance training to form a balanced approach towards in own personal journey and are now aiming to teach this to others, to allow everyone to experience the benefits that the teacher has experienced.
One must recognize that one is only as fit as one is mentally. Yoga is meant to provide not just physical nourishment but mental and emotional nourishment to establish a sense of balance and grow from inside out. To still the mind and inculcate single pointedness while building a resilient exterior is our motto. As our tagline says “For Inner Spirit and Outer Strength“.

About the Teacher
Hi! My name is Taneesh Raj, your teacher/coach/trainer. I have been into fitness for over two decades and have participated and learnt about various disciplines such as Cross-Fit, Power-lifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Strength Training, Calisthenics and most recently Triathlons. Further, I have practiced yoga and meditation since my young years and have experienced the benefits of all-round fitness.
Having been a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga teacher, I have gained experience with all age groups with varying goals from General Fitness to Specific training styles. I am a Chartered Accountant as a parallel professional and teach yoga and coach as a passion project, to spread the impact that fitness has made in my life.
