About Teacher
Hi! My name is Taneesh Raj, your teacher/coach/trainer. I have been into fitness for over two decades and have participated and learnt about various disciplines such as Cross-Fit, Power-lifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Strength Training, Calisthenics and most recently Triathlons. Further, I have practiced yoga and meditation since my young years and have experienced the benefits of all-round fitness.
Having been a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga teacher, I have gained experience with all age groups with varying goals from General Fitness to Specific training styles. I am a Chartered Accountant as a parallel professional and teach yoga and coach as a passion project, to spread the impact that fitness has made in my life.
